i finally finished! i can't tell you how much better it looks and feels!
remember the before?
i loved that green. i have loads of fiestaware in a rainbow of colors. the green was matched from one of my favorite plates. i still love that color, but, it was just never right for the kitchen! and even though i knew it had to go, i just couldn't muster up the energy to do it.
making curtains was going to be my next project, but i'm sick again. this has been the worst winter for me in regards to being sick. i had the flu (i think) and strep throat. besides that, i was sick another handful of times. i've been up since 5am watching tv and i feel like i'm starting to feel better. dragging my kids to safeway to buy some daytime theraflu sounds like such a drag, but i know i'll feel better if i do.

It's so bright! I like it! I think we may have the same dishes - fiestaware in green, red, yellow and blue. I use white correlle for daily use but save my fiestaware for non-toddler meals =)
